StrongForme

StrongForme is a boutique Pilates and strength training studio concept created for the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The rebrand focused on creating a visual identity that felt elevated, strong, and welcoming — bridging the gap between refined wellness aesthetics and approachable fitness.

The goal was to position StrongForme as more than just a workout studio, but as a space where clients could build confidence, longevity, and strength through thoughtful movement and education. The brand direction centered around a modern, editorial-inspired identity with a balance of softness and structure to reflect both Pilates and strength training modalities.

Alongside the full visual rebrand, creative direction was developed for a brand photoshoot that captured the studio’s intentional atmosphere through natural light, grounded movement, candid interaction, and elevated lifestyle imagery. The shoot focused on real connection, form-focused instruction, community moments, and sculptural movement to create a brand experience that felt aspirational yet inclusive.
